1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to select GCC countries. If you're outside these areas, feel free to contact us to explore possible delivery arrangements.
2. Processing Time
• Our delivery hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day dispatch.
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be dispatched for next-day delivery.

Within UAE
Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah
• Same-Day Delivery: AED 35
• 1–2 Business Days: AED 25
- Remote Areas
• 1–2 Business Days: AED 35 - GCC Countries (2–3 Business Days)
- Saudi Arabia: AED 45
- Bahrain: AED 35
- Kuwait: AED 35
- Oman: AED 30
- Qatar: AED 40
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or holiday delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
5. Shipping Issues
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@joobran-ae.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
• In case of lost shipments, we will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
